Zinnia Health Indiana is a dual diagnosis facility that specializes in treating substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions. Nestled in a quiet suburban area, Zinnia Health Indiana provides partial hospitalization (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). The programs pair evidence-based therapies along with holistic services and 12-Step philosophy. Clients meet with their individual case manager once a week and attend 6 hours of group therapy 6 days a week. A wide range of therapy choices are offered such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, music therapy, family education, and yoga.

The facility is in Franklin, located twenty minutes south of Indianapolis, Indiana. This quiet suburban area serves as a tranquil destination for clients to begin their recovery journey. The cozy, 4-bed, 3-bath home has semi-private and private bedrooms with TV’s in each bedroom. The main community quarters have a swimming pool, hot tub, and outdoor lounge.
