Wise Path’s outpatient facility offers a variety of evidence-based treatment methods delivered by trained clinical staff. Specializing in addiction treatment, they utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing. Each patient receives a personalized treatment plan addressing substance abuse and mental health conditions. Co-occurring disorders are managed with psychiatric medication care, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and a range of support services including peer support, skill development, therapy, and addiction education.
Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) accommodates diverse schedules with morning and evening sessions, providing 3 hours of treatment per day, 5 days a week. The program includes group and individual therapy, medication management, substance monitoring, and family therapy. Case management services assist patients transitioning to a less intensive level of care, facilitating community resources like self-help groups, occupational therapy, and career counseling to support continued recovery.
