About West River Mental Health – Mainstream Campus
West River Mental Health’s (WRMH) Mainstream Campus provides outpatient services for mental health and substance use disorders, offering programs for community reintegration (Transitional), crisis stabilization (CARE), homelessness prevention (PATH), complex mental health needs (IMPACT-West), and support for individuals in the criminal justice system (Ontrack SD). They offer tailored care for each client’s needs and provide treatment for children, families, seniors, and adults, with telehealth options available. Children’s services can be provided at home, school, or in-office.
Access Evidence-Based Therapies
WRMH uses evidence-based practices and a variety of therapies, including individual, parent/child, family, play therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address a wide range of mental health concerns. They provide services for concerns like anger management, anxiety, behavior problems, parenting, anxiety, stress, and more.
