Located on Capitol Drive in Northwest Milwaukee, West Grove Clinic offers outpatient treatment for substance use and mental health concerns for clients throughout the Milwaukee metro area. The RED bus line stops near the clinic and on-site parking is available.
Treatment Methods
Therapy options include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and art therapy. Relationship therapy integrates the Gottman Method, Gary Chapman’s love languages, and other approaches. Psychiatrists work with clients to determine appropriate medications and dosages. For clients with treatment-resistant depression, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is offered, typically administered five days a week for six weeks.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Alongside therapy and medication management, West Grove Clinic provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Vivitrol and Suboxone for clients struggling with alcohol and opioid use.
Intensive Outpatient Program
West Grove Clinic’s intensive outpatient program (IOP) for substance use includes individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, coping skills, and medication management. The program meets in person from 9:30 AM to 12:35 PM, or virtually from 5:00 PM to 8:05 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
