At the Peace Adult Outpatient Center, we offer Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) that are designed to provide the best recovery options for adults 18 years or older. Our programs provide an integrated approach to treatment – addressing both substance use and mental health needs. We have a multi-disciplinary team made up of independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LPCC, LCADC), registered nurses, case manager, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists. UofL Health Peace Hospital received the 2024 Kentucky Hospital Association (KHA) Quality Award specifically for innovative outcome measures in the Adult Outpatient Programs. This is the 9th time in 12 years that Peace has won the KHA Quality Award.
We offer in-person Partial Hospitalization Programs Monday-Friday from 9:00am-1:30pm as well as in-person & telehealth Intensive Outpatient Programs Monday-Friday 9:00am-12pm, Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-4:00pm or Monday-Thursday 5:30pm-8:30pm. We have specialized groups for substance use disorders, mental health disorders, co-occurring SUD/MH, severe and persistent mental illness, and an older adult specialized group.
