Triumph’s Mental Health

We are welcoming clients 18 and older for outpatient mental health services in two locations: The new Genesis Outpatient Mental Health Clinic and at our CDAC location. Our services are open to anyone; a substance use disorder is not required to schedule a mental health appointment. Triumph Treatment Services is a Behavioral Health organization located in Yakima, Washington that provides a full continuum of care for adults (18+) including outpatient mental health; residential co-occurring substance use disorder treatment; substance free transitional and permanent supportive housing, peer support, and is a host site for the Parent Child Assistance Program (PCAP).
