Located in the serene Taft, Tennessee, Time Wellness is a residential primary mental health center for adults. Our program, which includes inpatient treatment is designed to assist clients in their journey to understand symptoms, and how to manage them while also preparing them for the next level of care after discharge. Our program specializes in assisting adults ages 18 and older in managing symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, schizoaffective, bipolar, dual diagnosis, and trauma related challenges. Through our comprehensive approach including, CBT, DBT, and ACT, trauma focused approach our treatment team carry the expertise to fulfill an array of mental health diagnosis.
