Located only 45 minutes from Nashville on a sprawling 2000 acre property, lies The Ranch Tennessee, a mental health and addiction treatment center that specializes in treating a wide range of addiction, personality disorders, process disorders, sexual addiction, eating disorders, anxiety, and so much more. The Ranch Tennessee’s dual diagnosis approach takes into account the unique needs of the individual by creating tailored treatment plans. Clients will have an opportunity to take part in a plethora of activities and a variety of therapies such as traditional talk therapy, eye movement therapy (EMDR), motivational interviewing, art and music therapy along with a focus on equine therapy. 12-Step philosophy also plays an important role at The Ranch through in-house and off-site meetings, and a spiritual recovery program. They also offer an aftercare program that involves continued therapist appointments and alumni recovery groups.
Recovery Ranch houses women and men, and they have 5 cabin-style homes spread out across the campus. Each house is gender-specific and has an open kitchen for clients to enjoy cooking and sharing meals together. The clients are encouraged to explore the outdoors by doing activities such as fishing, hiking, volleyball, and yoga.
