Medical Wellness Center
Located on the Butler Hospital campus, The Providence Center Unity Health Home Team helps adults living with serious mental health conditions like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression. They offer ongoing, community-based care for people who need more than regular outpatient visits. Their team approach makes sure clients get support for both mental and physical health in one place.
The program uses a mix of therapies to help people stay stable and live well. Clients may get counseling, medication management, substance use treatment, and help with daily living skills. A team of nurses, therapists, and case managers work together to create a care plan that meets each person’s unique needs and goals.
