The Best Detox uses individualized, 12-Step and medically assisted treatment methods. They provide individual and group therapy, using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT),dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), trauma-resolution therapy, process therapy, experiential therapy and psychodynamic therapy.

Patients can detox from drugs and alcohol with the aid of their professional staff and medicated-assisted treatment (MAT). The Best Detox believes in treating the underlining cause of addiction. They address co-occurring disorders like depression, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, etc. with individualized therapy. The center also offers an aftercare program and continues to provide support even after clients complete the program.
