Sojourners Recovery & Wellness Center

We are a full service Outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Treatment Center located in Lake Mary, Florida. We focus our program toward developing partnerships with each client and their families who are looking for assistance with healing their substance abuse or mental health concerns. What is unique about our program is that we treat each client as an individual and develop a program that is exclusive to that person. Dr Patrick Nave has over 25 years of counseling experience in Washington, California and Florida and utilizes a modified cognitive-behavioral approach in dealing with all addiction issues. We offer in person and online treatment paths.
