Medical Wellness Center
Located close to therapeutic Exton Park, Sanare Today Exton treats adolescents and adults in Exton, Coatesville, Thorndale, and more Chester County suburbs with day and intensive outpatient (IOP) care for mental health disorders like ADHD, anxiety, bipolar, codependency, depression, grief, OCD, PTSD, suicidality, self-harm, and trauma, as well as substance use addictions like alcohol and benzodiazepines. Their groups include up to 8 people and use coping, skills training, and support. Sanare Today encourages family to attend group therapy every few weeks to learn the skills and better understand the clients’ recovery.
Their intake team attempts to schedule clients within 24 hours of outreach, and they can sometimes invite patients in for therapy the same day.
Sanare Today Exton offers several treatment tracks based on age and intensity of treatment.
For adults, they offer day treatment Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. They have 3 IOP tracks for adults: a general one, a trauma-focused one, and a young adults-focused one. The general IOP program meets on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. The trauma-focused one meets Mondays to Fridays with group meetings on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.; on Tuesdays and Thursdays, they schedule trauma-focused individual therapies at different times with each client. The young adults IOP program meets from Mondays to Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Adolescents 14-17 can receive day treatment Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in a program separate from the adult track, or they can receive IOP treatment Mondays through Thursdays from 3:30 to 5:45 p.m.
Sanare Today has several other locations throughout the Philly, Lancaster, Wilmington, and Raleigh areas that offer IOP treatment. Some of their locations include specialized IOP tracks for women, adolescents, tweens, and LGBTQ+ adults.
Sanare Today uses InSync as their patient portal so clients can see treatment notes during and after treatment.
