IOP stands for Intensive Outpatient Program. IOP tends to be a best fit for those who do not need inpatient level of care but when symptoms require greater therapeutic support than what can be achieved in the individual outpatient counseling. IOP is structured psychotherapy in a small group format. Group settings are effective in developing self-awareness, emotional management, and social awareness. In order to determine the best care plan for you, we offer confidential consultation and assessment services to better understand your physical, mental, social and emotional health history. Assessments may be scheduled by calling us at 469-340-2777. Whether your assessment is conducted in person or online, our licensed, compassionate clinicians in consultation with our medical staff will recommend an effective plan of care and answer any questions you may have.
