Reflections Lifestyle Center

Reflections is a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that provides meaningful treatment to adolescents (ages 11-18) at our location in The Colony, and adults (ages 18-65) at our location in Plano suffering with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. It is the first Behavioral Health Lifestyle Medicine day treatment facility in North Texas. Our specialized treatment provides a safe and therapeutic environment focused on restoring lifestyle balance and harmony. The mindfulness program is uniquely tailored through didactics and movement to improve the health and wellness of each patient.
