Red Oak Recovery provides trauma-informed treatment for young men ages 18-30. They offer support for men with addiction, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and more. Red Oak also helps clients with identity exploration, social & emotional development, attachment issues, and self-esteem. Clients receive a minimum of 25 hours of clinical care with 2-3 individual counseling sessions per week. All sessions are done with a master’s level, dually licensed clinician.
Red Oak Recovery welcomes veterans. They have trauma-support tailored to veterans’ needs, and they accept VA insurance.
Red Oak views recovery as a family issue. They offer extensive family services rooted in emotionally focused therapy and attachment theory to promote health and healing for the client and his loved ones. There are weekly calls with a family therapist, monthly family workshops, and family intensives. They additionally provide aftercare support programs and an alumni network to help their clients even after they leave the facility.
Red Oak Recovery looks at healing through a clinical and holistic lens. They offer nutritional counseling, mindfulness and yoga, music therapy, and acupuncture. Red Oak also provides a robust adventure program. This program allows for personal exploration and growth, empowering the client to find a deeper sense of self and connection to nature. Clients participate in a wide variety of activities like fly fishing, white water rafting, hiking, rock climbing, and horseback riding.
Set on a mountainside campus, Red Oak Recovery offers stunning nature views for clients to enjoy. On site, there is canoeing, nature paths, and an outdoor patio space. Red Oak Recovery is Joint Commission accredited and accepts both public and private insurance.
