Recovery Centers of America Outpatient at St. Charles is an outpatient clinic using evidence-based therapies to treat adults with substance use disorders. Their levels of care include a day treatment program (PHP)< an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and a general outpatient program. The day treatment program meets 5 days a week for 5 hours a day while the IOP meets 3-5 times per week for 3 hours a day. Clients can participate in the IOP either in person or virtually. The programs include a variety of counseling sessions including individual, group, and family therapy, psychoeducation, and 12-Step programming. Counseling topics vary and may include establishing a daily routine, relapse prevention, relationship building, and treating co-occurring mental health conditions. Recovery Centers of America is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts several major insurance providers.
