Paths program is designed to reintegrate our friends & family back into society, equipped with the necessary tools and life skills, to maintain their long term sobriety and well-being. Our program is both primary Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health. Paths both medically & clinically licensed with Outpatient Detox (MAT), PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program), IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) & Outpatient.
