Pacific Grove Hospital provides clinically excellent inpatient programming for adults age 18 and older who have mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and suicidal ideation. We also offer treatment for people who are struggling with addictions to substances such as alcohol, cocaine, heroin, and prescription painkillers. At our inpatient hospital, located in Riverside, California, we serve clients who need acute care. We work to help them stabilize, begin laying the foundation for healing, and prepare for the next level of treatment. We strive to serve our clients with compassion and to be a source of hope for them. Adults typically stay in our inpatient program for three to 14 days, though the exact length of stay depends on the person. Clients who participate in our adult inpatient program can receive specialized support from a team of multidisciplinary professionals that works together to create an individualized treatment plan for them. These experts include medical doctors, psychiatrists, social workers, and registered nurses.
