Oasis Behavioral Health, located in Chandler, Arizona, is an inpatient treatment center serving adults age 18 and older who are suffering from substance use disorders and mental health concerns. The goal of inpatient care is to stabilize patients who are in crisis and prepare them for the next phase of their healing journey. To enter treatment at the inpatient level, a person must be a danger to themselves or others, be in need of detoxification services, or have severely impaired judgment. Adults in our inpatient program must be willing to participate in treatment and take medications as recommended by their providers. While the average length of stay in this program is seven to 13 days, each patient’s actual program duration depends on the progress they make during treatment. In our inpatient setting, patients can take part in evidence-based modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and 12-Step programming.
