OASIS Ascent provides specialized care for teens, ages 12-17, experiencing a mental health crisis. While each crisis is unique, it often involves intense thoughts, behaviors, or emotions that significantly impair their lives. Teens at OASIS struggle with a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. They may also exhibit behavioral issues like anger, family conflict, lying, manipulation, risky behaviors, impulsivity, running away, and promiscuous behavior. These issues can escalate into crises that disrupt their mental health and daily functioning, causing them to need specialized care and support. Teens who come to OASIS Ascent are provided a safe and secure environment where they can stabilize and begin to heal and are provided with immediate relief and long-term support.
