Clients attending outpatient treatment at Northpoint have access to flexible treatment schedules to fit their unique needs. Ideal for patients experiencing moderate levels of addiction, their bespoke treatment model provides 10-30 hours of care per week, with day time and evening options available, in a setting that fosters peer connections. Upon completion of a Northpoint program, clients have access to an extensive and robust aftercare and alumni program, providing ongoing support and therapeutic services. Aftercare may include relapse prevention counseling, ongoing therapy sessions, follow-up medical care and check-ins, further life skills development and addiction education, accountability measures, and access to a sober community through a diverse and active alumni network.
