Newport Academy Outpatient

Our Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Programs in Darien, CT, provide teens ages 13–17 and young adults 18–35 with primary mental healthcare for depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, substance use disorder, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. Our center offers comfortable, serene spaces for individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Experiential activities include music therapy, expressive arts therapy, equine therapy, community service, and seasonal outdoor activities at the area’s parks and natural attractions such as Woodland Park Nature Preserve and the Farmington River.
