New Harbor Behavioral Healthcare

In Dedham, Massachusetts, New Harbor Behavioral Healthcare serves adolescents and their families through an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Using evidence-based therapies, family involvement, and a trauma-informed approach, New Harbor addresses teen mental health concerns and co-occurring substance use including marijuana use and vaping. Clients in the program work with licensed staff in individual, group, and family counseling sessions to address their mental health concerns and learn new, healthy coping strategies and reach their goals. Through the program, teens connect with peers facing similar issues, avoid loneliness and isolation, and receive an individualized treatment plan.
