The Muir Wood teen IOP in Petaluma, CA, provides outpatient treatment for teens, ages 12 to 17, with dual-diagnosis (mental health and/or substance use) issues. We help teens manage mental health conditions and associated addictions. While residential treatment is one option for treatment, outpatient treatment gives families more flexibility and options for help. Either way, our goal is to provide hope and healing. Our highly credentialed team works closely with clients and their families to develop a personalized treatment plan, including individual, group, and family therapy.
