This 4-6 week program offers holistic, experiential, and evidence-based treatment for adults with substance use disorders and mental health concerns. Their comprehensive approach includes therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, 12-Step programming, family therapy, yoga, psychodrama, nature therapy, and eye movement therapy (EMDR). Clients receive individualized treatment plans and participate in at least 10 hours of treatment sessions per week. Longbranch Recovery is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most major insurances.
