They use a variety of modalities to provide 1-on-1, family, and couples therapy. They offer gender-specific care, focusing on issues specific to men and women as well as age-specific care including needs pertaining to childhood behavior and later life transitions. The conditions they treat range from anxiety to sleep disorders, to postpartum depression, and more.
Treatment plans may include therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness based therapy, exposure therapy, and more. They also offer psychiatry/medication management services when medication is needed to treat symptoms.
