Lakeview Health delivers dual diagnosis, gender-responsive and trauma-informed care at our purpose-built facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Treatments span medically supervised detoxification to inpatient treatment, and partial hospitalization levels of care.
Their team of Difference Makers is comprised of board-certified staff physicians and master’s-level therapists to provide evidence-based treatment in all five levels of care — from initial interventions to medical detox. The medical team is physician led, with registered nurses and advanced practice nurses onsite at all times to enhance patient safety.
Lakeview Health welcomes veterans. They have trauma-support tailored to veterans’ needs, and they accept VA insurance.
