Located in Wichita Falls, Texas, Red River Hospital is a leading provider of inpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older. Our treatment center offers specialized tracks for adults, seniors, and active-duty military members and veterans. We provide expert care for adults who are suffering from mental health and addiction concerns, including depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and addictions to alcohol, benzos, and certain opioids. Adults who receive care in our inpatient program are typically experiencing severe symptoms that are interfering with their daily lives. The typical length of stay in our adult inpatient program is about 14 days, though this can vary based on individual needs. During your time in our program, your care plan may include services like medication management, basic medical care, and a wide range of therapies. These therapies may include approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy; motivational interviewing; individual, group, and family therapies; and experiential activities.
