Imagine by Northpoint is an outpatient mental health treatment center for adolescents ages 12-17 in Boise & Nampa, ID. Our treatment consists of a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP). We work with teens that suffer from mental health or behavioral conditions. We provide necessary coping skills and tools to transition back into their home, community and schooling system.
