Harmony Mental Health Care is an outpatient program providing counseling services for children, teens, adults, and families. The clinical team comprises licensed therapists, psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists who employ evidence-based therapies to effectively address an array of mental health concerns. Located in Wheeling, West Virginia, they prioritize delivering high-quality care in a calm and supportive environment, ensuring that clients feel safe and valued.
Harmony provides innovative treatment options as part of its comprehensive, personalized care approach. Trained professionals can administer transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine) specifically for treatment-resistant depression. For conditions such as depression, PTSD, anxiety, and chronic pain, intravenous ketamine is offered as a rapid yet effective intervention. Harmony’s R.O.O.T.S. program (recovery-based outpatient opioid treatment services) delivers specialized individual and group therapy, along with medication-assisted treatment (MAT), for those struggling with opioid use disorder. Individual and group therapy sessions may involve cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based approaches. Additionally, they provide tailored care for postpartum depression, including psychotherapy and medication management, to help women and their families navigate the challenges of this condition.
The facility is open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to noon.
