For conditions such as depression, PTSD, anxiety, and chronic pain, intravenous ketamine is offered as a rapid yet effective intervention. Harmony’s R.O.O.T.S. program (recovery-based outpatient opioid treatment services) delivers specialized individual and group therapy, along with medication-assisted treatment (MAT), for those struggling with opioid use disorder. Additionally, they provide tailored care for postpartum depression, including psychotherapy and medication management, to help women and their families navigate the challenges of this condition.
