With locations in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Genesis Behavioral Health offers holistic and evidence-based outpatient care to treat mental health, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. Their range of services include intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for adolescents and adults, outpatient therapy, outpatient group therapy, psychiatric services (including medication management), and assessments. Genesis Behavioral Health is dedicated to assisting their clients to help them live healthy and productive lives, utilizing holistic methods to help them balance their mind, body, and spirit. The IOPs focus on mental health concerns including mood disorders, family related issues, and substance use disorders and their team of staff use therapies like motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients address these issues. Genesis Behavioral health is LGBTQ+ affirming and also offers telehealth services.
