Medical Wellness Center
Gaudenzia’s Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Center is a long-term residential treatment program for men with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. Their care team offers low-intensity and high-intensity programs and uses evidence-based therapies to provide individualized and gender-specific treatment. They offer an integrated continuum of care to support patients throughout their entire recovery journey, including transitional housing resources and additional services available at their other locations throughout Maryland.
Located in Baltimore City, the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Center provides a safe space for men seeking treatment to heal. Their services include group and individual therapy sessions, and patients participate in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational enhancement therapy (MET), and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for those experiencing withdrawal symptoms. In addition, their care team provides family resources, recommendations for alternative outpatient services, and referrals for stable housing. Their care approach is trauma-informed and culture-informed, ensuring that each patient’s unique background is thoughtfully addressed.
