Along the Embarcadero district, Foundations San Francisco offers a comprehensive Intensive Outpatient program and Partial Hospitalization for addiction and mental health conditions. We provide individualized, confidential treatment to help you in your recovery. Our masters-level therapists offer Dialectical Behavior (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies alongside mindfulness and holistic practices with a flexible schedule. The Mental Health only program meets Mon-Fri for 3 hours a day, 8-10 wks, PHP meets Mon-Fri for 6 hours a day for about 2 wks, IOP meets 3x’s a wk for 3 hours a day, 8-10 wks.
