A qualified therapist oversees the program and uses trauma-informed therapy and stress-management techniques based on mindfulness. Clients can take part in individual, group, psychoeducational, and couple’s counseling sessions. Their family members can participate in family therapy groups. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), music therapy, somatic experiencing, and motivational interviewing are some additional therapeutic approaches used.
