Evolve Teen Mental Health Outpatient Programs

Evolve San Jose treats children and teens ages 12-17 struggling with mental health, substance use, behavioral issues, and dual diagnosis. We specialize in adolescent depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, personality disorders, dual diagnoses, suicidality and other issues. Many of our children and teens have difficulty regulating emotions and are engaging in high-risk/self-harm behaviors. Our team of highly qualified, licensed clinicians and medical professionals utilize evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to teach children and teens practical skills for distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and improved impulse control. Through individual, family, and group therapy, psychiatry, parent support, and experiential therapies (including art, music, yoga, fitness and more), your child will learn ways to manage stress, communicate appropriately, and lead a more fulfilled, productive life. Our programs are suited for adolescents who need a higher level of care than weekly psychotherapy, or for those looking for an appropriate transition from residential/inpatient treatment.
