Discover Recovery

Discover Recovery is a substance abuse treatment center for young adults and adults struggling with addiction, behavioral issues, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Discover Recovery has an incredible staff that includes masters-level clinicians, experienced counselors, registered nurses, a nurse practitioner, a board-certified addictionologist, and on-site chefs. Medical detox, gender-specific residential care, long-term residential care, and a program for young adults are all available. Evidence-based treatment techniques and holistic services are used in each program. Clients participate in group and individual therapeutic services 7 days a week. Clients can enhance interpersonal effectiveness and learn from a community of peers in process groups, which meet five days a week. Dialectical behavioral therapy is used extensively in group therapy (DBT). Discover Recovery is a holistic organization, and their holistic program includes Reiki, massage, yoga, meditation, acupuncture, Tai Chi, and other therapies..

The Discover Recovery treatment center is a 40-bed facility located in Long Beach, Washington. Clients will enjoy comfortable accommodations in a supportive environment. All nutritious meals are made by in-house chefs, and there is a gym on site. Clients can also take advantage of the wonderfully unique sites that Long Beach has to offer. Discover Recovery clients immerse themselves in local culture by visiting the World Kite Museum and kite festival, the world’s largest frying pan site, a cranberry museum, and more.
