Defining Wellness Outpatient

Defining Wellness Centers offers an Intensive Outpatient Program and Outpatient Program that offers personalized and comprehensive treatment for individuals seeking recovery from various challenges. During IOP, relapse prevention is one of the main program focuses along with individual therapy sessions and peer support groups. The outpatient program is a continuation of IOP, which consists of one individual session per week along with two group sessions. The family owned facility utilizes a diverse array of therapeutic techniques and modalities to cater to the personalized needs of each patient. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, group sessions and experiential activities to name a few. They focus on addressing substance abuse and underlying mental health concerns. Addictions of adderall, benzodiazepines, cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, methamphetamine, opioid, tramadol, and xanax are all addressed at Defining Wellness Outpatient.

Defining Wellness Centers is accredited by the Joint Commission and works with most major insurance providers. They have separate centers for drug and alcohol detox, inpatient rehab, and day treatment.
