Located in the Ridge View Shopping Center near Highway 23, Crossroads Treatment Center offers outpatient opioid treatment for clients across Wise County, accepting Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance. On-site parking is available.
Treatment begins with a clinical assessment to guide the appropriate approach. Crossroads Wise offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Buprenorphine (prescription). Clients also participate in counseling using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), care coordination, and peer support, available in person or virtually. Hepatitis C treatment is also available at Crossroads.
