Located near the Winchester Regional Airport, Crossroads Treatment Center offers outpatient opioid treatment for clients across the Winchester area and Frederick County, accepting Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance. On-site parking is available.
Office-Based Treatment
Treatment begins with a clinical assessment to guide the appropriate approach. Crossroads Winchester’s office-based opioid treatment (OBOT), located in suite 508, offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Sublocade (injection), Vivitrol (injection) Buprenorphine (prescription). Clients also participate in counseling using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), care coordination, and peer support, available in person or virtually.
Opioid Treatment Program
Next door in suite 500, Crossroads Winchester’s opioid treatment program (OTP) offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Methadone dosing under medical supervision. Clients also participate in counseling, care coordination, and peer support at this location. Hepatitis C treatment is also available at Crossroads.
