Medical Wellness Center
Crestwood Fallbrook is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) serving adults with significant mental health needs. As part of the Crestwood Behavioral Health Network, it provides a short-term, recovery-focused program in a home-like setting. The goal is to help clients regain stability, build resilience, and transition back into their communities with strength and purpose.
Treatment at Crestwood Fallbrook follows a whole-person, strengths-based model that honors each client’s journey. Residents engage in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) development, and a range of trauma-informed, recovery-centered services. Peer providers—those with lived experience—serve as mentors and allies, building connection, hope, and empowerment. Clients also benefit from life skills training, pre-vocational support, recovery education, and community reintegration planning to support long-term independence.
Crestwood Fallbrook offers a calming, supportive space with shared or private accommodations and welcoming common areas. Outdoor spaces and wellness-focused amenities create opportunities for relaxation, recreation, and reflection. Nutritious meals, daily activities, and a holistic approach to care enhance overall well-being. Staff assist new clients and their families with transition planning, ensuring a smooth and supportive start to the recovery process.
