Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is a research-backed method of helping individuals overcome opioid use disorder. At Clinton Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), we combine the use of FDA-approved medications with therapy sessions to address the physical, emotional, and mental challenges of opioid addiction. Each patient receives a prescription for a medication that can ease withdrawal symptoms. Our individual and group therapy sessions provide a welcoming space for healing. In group therapy, patients can find strength in connecting with others who have had similar experiences, while individual therapy offers a confidential, supportive environment to explore personal concerns. Through this blend of medication and therapy, we help individuals develop healthier habits, build coping skills, and find the emotional support they need on their journey to recovery.
