At CleanSlate, a dedicated team of licensed clinicians focuses on treating individuals with physical dependencies on alcohol and opioids through Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). This evidence-based approach utilizes FDA-approved medications like Suboxone and Vivitrol to alleviate withdrawal symptoms. To enhance outcomes, MAT is often combined with counseling and mental health support. Additionally, CleanSlate offers a specialized program for pregnant women, providing enhanced medical monitoring to ensure the well-being of both mother and child.
CleanSlate offers a well-rounded approach to care, creating customized treatment plans designed to address each person’s specific needs. Their services include MAT, individual and group therapy, family therapy, and aftercare support from certified recovery coaches along with coordinated continuing care. Clients can receive assistance with housing, transportation, and employment upon discharge. CleanSlate is CARF-accredited and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance plans. The West Phoenix location is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM. The facility is located across the street from a train station and is also a short walk from several bus stops.
