They support individuals with complex behavioral health needs—including mental health disorders, intellectual or developmental disabilities, and co-occurring conditions.
Clarvida provides behavior support, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, peer support, and staff training. For unpaid caregivers, Clarvida offers short-term counseling tailored to individual goals. All care is person-centered, promoting stability, safety, and improved quality of life in their long-term residential settings. These services aim to prevent psychiatric hospitalizations and reduce placement loss.
Clark County clients may also benefit from Clarvida’s Health Home Care Coordination (HHCC) program, which assists Medicaid recipients with ongoing medical and behavioral health challenges. The program connects participants to supports—ranging from care planning and health education to transitions between care settings—enhancing continuity and reducing avoidable hospital visits. Referrals are coordinated through Managed Care Organizations or designated local agencies.
