Our mission of the Play Therapy Program is to foster emotional, behavioral and psychological well-being in children through the power of play. We create a safe and nurturing environment where children can express themselves, explore their feelings, and develop coping skills through the use of evidence-based models. Our clients seek our services to address behavioral challenges, grief/loss, ADHD symptoms, and trauma. Symptoms develop out of painful experiences and are difficult to maintain as a child who cannot fully express their emotions verbally; through play, these symptoms are identified and relieved.
