Charles River Recovery offers medically supervised detox, with a clinical team monitoring symptoms and comfort levels 24/7. They provide medication-assisted treatment on an individual basis, prescribing non-addictive medications to help ease withdrawal symptoms and provide comfort. After detoxing from alcohol or other substances, clients move into a clinical stabilization service (CSS) and begin intensive therapies, wellness activities, and more.

Their intensive group and individual therapy sessions help identify the past or current traumas that may cause addiction, and other mental health concerns or stressors.
