Depending on each person’s needs, the stay at Cen-Tex lasts between 60 and 90 days. The clients learn life skills, learn relapse prevention techniques, learn more about addiction, attend group counseling sessions, as well as get individual treatment from a designated counselor, while they are at the facility. The requirement for clients who are able to work is to find employment and open a savings account with their salary. As a result, clients can leave Cen-Tex with enough money to begin a new, healthy lifestyle. Also, clients are urged to work in order to obtain weekend passes in order to rebuild and fix previous ties.
