BAART Programs Bremerton provides outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder, including fentanyl, heroin, and prescription pain medications. Situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood of Bremerton, the center fosters a supportive and community-focused environment for recovery. It operates Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, ensuring flexible access to care.
The center provides FDA-approved methadone and buprenorphine treatments to help reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Patients also receive individual and group counseling to develop coping skills, build a support system, and address underlying challenges. Additional services include medical check-ups, treatment planning, and specialized care for pregnant individuals to ensure a well-rounded recovery experience.
The length of treatment varies based on individual needs, ranging from several months to over a year. The center accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans, with self-pay options available. Medicaid patients may qualify for transportation assistance. New patients should bring a valid ID, insurance card, and a list of current medications for their first appointment.
