The kind, experienced staff members at Regional Crisis Center—Durango offer different types of care to help meet your immediate needs. Our Acute Treatment Unit (ATU) provides short-term crisis stabilization. It is available for people over age 18 who need to access mental health services quickly. Withdrawal Management (Detox Unit) is a place for people to withdraw from substances. People can access mental health services during business hours by calling or walking into the Regional Crisis Center – Durango.
