Altura Mental Health offers flexible virtual and in-person Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for adults, adolescents, and families struggling with SUD and mental health issues. We provide 12–20 hours/week of evidence-based care, comprehensive diagnostics, and individualized treatment. Conditions treated include anxiety (OCD, GAD), ADHD, depression, suicidal ideation, trauma, LGBTQIA+ support, and more.
